Fly Fishing Presentation and Fundamentals

Crittenden Reservoir is a membership only lake, but I'll be hosting clients there on May 20-22, May 28-30, and October 6-8.  The fee is $250 per person, per day, which includes my guide fee and the fee to fish when with a member, which I am.  This is a reservoir of about 200 acres loaded and I mean loaded with big rainbow, brown and tiger trout.  The average fish will run from about 4 pounds to 10-12 pounds.  Springtime fishes very well for those who enjoy the indicator and chironomid form of presentation.  You can still take nice fish with the cast and retrieve or trolling, but the consistency is with the floating line and indicators.  The lake is located out of the town of Montello, Nevada which is located about 25 miles from interstate 80 and 60 miles west of Elko, Nevada on the Gamble Ranch which is huge.  If this one works for you, call me for additional information regarding lodging, etc.
